I’m excited to share some good news with you. In the fall of 2025, my team and I launched a new project: The Rainmaking Magazine. This subscription-based, online publication delivers cutting-edge ideas and strategies on business development to professionals in the legal, accounting, consulting, and other professional services fields.
To professional services providers:
Subscriptions begin at just $19/month or $199/year. Our plan is to raise these in the beginning of 2026 but you if you sign up now you can keep that rate through2026 and all of 2027.
Format: We will email you twice a month with updates to new content, usually four to five new pieces of content, twice a month.
Platform: On Dec 29th, we are switching our platform from Substack to a different platform, Beehiv, as we feel this new platform is less "spammy" and less cluttered than substack. It will be easier to navigate and is a much simpler format. We also had other issues with Substack that did not align with my vision of the digital publication.
Future development: Around second quarter, 2026, we will also feature LIVE author interviews with some of your favorite business development authors. These will be half hour sessions where you can interact with the author and ask questions. We will dig deep into their books and pull out useful ideas that can help you.
To thought leaders, authors, and BD coaches/trainers:
We would love to feature your expertise in this new platform as a regular contributor. As a contributor, you’ll receive an exclusive author bio page that includes your contact information, link-backs to your website, LinkedIn, and other resources. If you have short video clips, we can also feature those on the magazine. And on your bio page, we are also going to include link backs to your podcast episode as well as hyperlinked video and audio of your episode on the show, so that readers can get to know you better.
